The ZEUS LED series offers a wide range of chargers  for traction batteries of all powers,  managed by  a microprocessor control and a SETTE LED display.  

All chargers are equipped with an effective and simple interface for a reliable, compact and safe product, with a  Wa charging profile and a charging efficiency of more than 90%.

The chargers can be requested with single-phase mains voltage 230Vac, 240Vac or three-phase 400Vac, 420Vac.  Other supply voltages are available on request.

Our design department is able to customize the transformer for each mains voltage, Battery Voltage and Charging Current.

The 7 LED tab allows you to view the status of Charge,

• Connected battery
• Bulk Charge
• Carica finale  (Absorption Charge)
• Carica terminata (End of Charge)
• Battery voltage OK, below minimum threshold (1.7 Vc), above maximum threshold
• Charge timeout
• Equalization Enabled

The dip switches and the trimmer of the board allow you to program:

• Autostart time
• Final charging time
• Security Timer
• Gas Point Voltage
• Proportional Charge Enablement

The Zeus cabinet, available in 3 power sizes, is designed with a natural ventilation system that allows you to keep the operating temperatures of the transformer low, ensuring a long service life, and improving the reliability of the system
