The Training sessions, held by our staff, are a fundamental moment to transfer to the Distributor the technical notions necessary to be able to give the end customer maximum support both in the commercial proposal phase and in the after-sales phase.
An excellent technical knowledge is in fact a determining factor to successfully propose GET CHARGERS products, knowing all the configuration parameters, the functionalities inherent in the product, how to best adapt the configuration to the customer’s requests and needs.
The same knowledge also allows you to elevate the technical service, quickly solving the problems encountered by the user, identifying any failures or malfunctions of the battery charger or battery and cultivating the current behaviors among end users to allow a prolonged life of the battery and keep it in maximum efficiency.
At the end of the course, the technicians present are certified for their skills and a certificate is issued that authorizes them to intervene directly on their customers’ battery chargers.
